About Our Program
Wanders52 is a shared supportive housing program, who provides comfortable, safe and secure living areas for individuals facing housing instability. Our goal is to guide each person towards stability, independence, growth and success.
We offer transitional housing and life skill support to individuals in need of a fresh start. Through a foundation of self-care, personal responsibility, and access to community resources, we help individuals take the crucial steps toward a brighter future. Our program caters to individuals who are seniors, veterans, domestic abuse survivors, individuals in active recovery, the homeless population, parolees and low income adults.
We eliminate common housing barriers, including high rent, credit checks, income requirements, and extensive employment history verification. We believe each person deserves the opportunity to build or rebuild.Our program offers shared living spaces designed for comfort and community, along with convenient features like high-speed Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchens, and thoughtfully furnished common areas. Whether residents are enjoying quiet time or connecting with others, our goal is to make every day feel like home.
Wanders52 has locations in Bernaillo County and the surrounding areas, offering shared and private rooms.
